Before we put your details forward to an employer your Talent Advisor will have a one-to-one conversation with you – either face to face, over the telephone or via video conference. This helps them to dig a little deeper and find out your personality, your technical skills, strengths and your motivations. Really getting to know the person behind the CV is most important.
